Agreement

By downloading or using MeterGraph, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

MeterGraph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions

MeterGraph offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase to unlock Pro features. Subscription details:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use MeterGraph only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the app or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

Disclaimer

MeterGraph is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Measurement readings displayed in the app depend on the connected hardware and may not be suitable for safety-critical applications. Always verify important measurements with calibrated equipment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeterGraph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
