Common Questions
- Which devices are supported?
- MeterGraph currently supports Bluetooth-enabled USB multimeters including the RDTech TC66C. More devices may be added in future updates.
- My device isn't appearing in the scan list
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, ensure your multimeter is powered on and in Bluetooth mode, check that MeterGraph has Bluetooth permission in Settings, and try moving closer to the multimeter.
- Where is my data stored?
- All measurement data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to external servers.
